BMR Grazing Blend
The BMR grazing blend produces additional grazing days. It is a set blend of BMR sorghum sudangrass
hybrids. With the different growth pattern of this blend it can produce 60-100 days
of grazing. Daily gains are improved from a high level of digestible fiber and sugar. Intake is
excellent as the BMR 6 increases palatability. Begin grazing at 18 -24”. Use rotational grazing
and stocking rates of 2-3 head per acre under dryland or rainfed conditions. Regrowth following
grazing or cutting is improved.
