Shipping / ReceivingThis is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and ability to multi-task. To be successful in this role you need an understanding or desire to learn the function and operation of packaging, shipping and receiving. If you're up to challenge let us know!

Seed ProductionHands-on role that requires experience in Agronomy with emphasis on seed. You will oversee crew members and managers, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. This position will provide crew members and managers with ongoing feedback and data.

Data Creation / AnalysisIncreasing technology is generating unprecedented levels of data. Our love for data creates a need for information and comparative analysis unique to metrics for production, processing, and operational performance.
