GW-1160 Medium early bronze grain sorghum dryland hybrid. Open head for spraying headworms and dry down at harvest. Standability of this hybrid is great it stays healthy during grain fill and pre boot. It has consistently made 5000-6000 lbs/acre or 80-120 bushel yields even with stressful conditions of Texas, Kansas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Nebraska, South Dakota. It does well in areas of the southern US up to North Carolina and Pennsylvania. GW-1160 has really strong disease resistance and performs anywhere South of I-94.
