OK Corral (Beardless Wheat)
OK Corral is a new beardless variety that grazes longer in the spring. Pasture establishment is good in the fall and continues well through winter months. This variety canopy's faster than most other wheats. Released by Oklahoma State University in 2019, OK Corral has comparable grain yields with bearded varieties. Considered a stand-alone variety. It is resistant to leaf rust, stripe rust, soil borne mosaic, and hessian fly along with a wide range of other diseases. OK Corral performs well under dryland conditions.
